04/21/20 – THP received summary WTI moisture analysis reports.
04/24/20 – Bid documents issued.
04/29/20 – Alternate No. 1 issued.
05/13/20 – Alternate No. 2 issued.
05/20/20 – Bids received and Imbus Roofing is the apparent low bidder.
05/28/20 – THP issued a bid summary letter and draft contract to the County.
06/15/20 – Contract have been processed.
07/07/20 – County issued PO.
07/30/20 – Roof work anticipated to start mid-August.
09/21/20 – Gravel removal started.
10/2/20 – Gravel removal completed. THP and Imbus located 400 S.F. of unit cost repair items.
10/7/20 – Unit cost roof repair items being complete.
10/15/20 – Located (2) poor areas of roof installation at RTUs. Imbus to provided a follow up repair of the installation.
10/29/20 – Project update: 40% of surfacing installed and 90% of unit cost repair completed.
11/17/20 – Bulletin No.1 issued for pricing.
11/25/20 – Imbus submitted pricing for bulletin No. 1.
12/01/20 – Bulletin No. 1 pricing approved via email. Change order being processed.
12/04/20 – Change Order No. 1 issued for processing.
12/10/20 – THP received Change Order No. 1 from Imbus. THP forwarded to the County for final execution.
12/10/20 – Project update: 95% of project base bid work complete.
